http://www.realestateappraisertips.info/ – Finally, A Flip Video Hat Cam For Real Estate Video Use…and many other uses. As an avid user of the Flip Video HD Cam, I made a special trip to the local Denham Springs Bass Pro Shops to check out the Epic Stealth Cam pak because it had a small video cam mounted on a “hat clip”. It looked interesting, but I just wasn’t sure of the video quality. And, I already have 2 Flip Video Cams, an older Ultra and newer Mino HD. So, I began searching online and finally ran across “HatCams”, see photo below.
Randy Peterson, avid hunter, fisherman and sportman from Wallingford CT, developed the “HatCam” so he could record video of his outings. Soon, his invention began to catch on and now there are several HatCam YouTube Video Channels of customers posting their videos made while wearing the HatCam.

However, I began thinking of the many other uses of the “HatCams” for Real Estate, such as for Real Estate Investors, Real Estate Agents During A Video Shoot, Appraisers, Video Bloggers, Home Inspectors, etc..
