FannieMae has updated the current Selling Guide, which is their ‘bible’ when we do appraisal work using ‘their’ forms.
You may want to open the link below, and print the 11 page Announcement 09-32.
There are several sections regarding appraisals and appraisers that have been updated.
One way to stay current with this is to print the relevant sections from the Selling Guide, then take your pages to a local print shop and have them punch holes and install a spiral binding, so that you’ll have the SG as your own ‘book.’
