As appraisers, it does us good to listen to what other appraisers are experiencing in their markets and how they are handling these challenges. That’s the benefit of attending local and national appraisal conferences, such as Appraisal Summit and Valuation 2010. Plus, we spend a lot of time in out autos where we can listen to audiobooks and pocasts.
