For several years now, Brian Davis, an Illinois Appraiser with www.OurAppraisal.com, has also been running the National Appraisal Scoop Site. Over the years, I’ve found Appraisal Scoop to be a very helpful navigation tool for all of the “Change” within the appraisal industry. Brian, and other contributors, offer highly thought provoking updates, such as today’s update on FHA Eliminating Two-Appraisals Requirement In Declining Markets. In 2007, Brian was kind enough to publish my article, Appraiser Liability: Dodging The Bullet! Brian was also kind enough to spend extra time format my article and adding some interesting photos to make the article come alive. For that, I am very thankful. So, today’s tip is to subscribe to Appraisal Scoop’s Email Notification. Click below to be taken to Appraisal Scoop!
