There’s a newly revised 1004MC Addendum released. Check it out! According to Dave Towne, the changes to the new release are:
“The areas changed have to do with Active Listings, reporting time periods, and the calculation of Sales Price/List Price ratio (which was ‘bass-ackwards’ on the original form). Instructions at the top of the page have been revised.”
