http://www.realestateappraisertips.info/ – Real Estate Appraisal Video Tip Of The Day 11/25/09: Real Estate Appraiser Tips Working With Folders To Archive Workfile Data

Working with folders by Year To Archive Workfile Data such as Purchase Agreements, Photos, Maps, Legal News, Land Sales Support, etc..   If you make a pdf of your MLS sales used, insert that into your folder.   After completing your appraisal pdf, insert that into your appraisal folder and you have a complete, archived work file.   I do want to make it clear that my personal goal is not to run a 100% paperless office, that I’m not a part of this “green” movement, but do find it very helpful to use folders in cataloging my appraisal reports and associated attachments, images and the final report.
