I have a question for appraisers. For cases where you are hired for expert witness testimony, do you think that providing the judge, the defense and the offense attorneys with your own geographical competency map would solidify your competence for that market you’re called to testify about? Could you zoom in on a Google Map and show them that you have appraised 571 homes in that immediate marketing area since 1990? Would that prove your competency to them?
