Today’s Tip is to make a video of your home appraisal activities for your location so the locals will relate to your video and recognize the sites and sounds of your local market. The more your local market sees you and your brand in action, the faster you will become THE local “Trust Agent” for your local market!…..Have You Read Chris Brogan’s “Trust Agents” Yet?
Yes, this is the long version, approximately 17 minutes. Yes, I am making a shorter version for YouTube because you must be on YouTube to get found…..remember Google owns YouTube! For this video, the Viddler.com player was used because YouTube said my video was too lengthy for them. This is also why I used the S3 Media Player to self host the video because of the length and to show how self hosting video is accomplished. There will be times when you’ll want to self host your own videos and not let the world in on your appraiser videos. NOTE: Yes, the video is dark because of a major cold front moving through the area on that day.
